    Processing & Shipping Times

    Standard Orders

    • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

    If you select an expedited shipping option at checkout, additional shipping details will be provided after your order is placed, when applicable.

    Please note that all shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

    EU & UK Customers

    For customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom, this policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Unless otherwise stated, orders will be delivered within 30 days of order acceptance.


    International Shipping

    We currently offer worldwide shipping.

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

    Customers are also responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding imported products.


    Order Tracking & Delivery Delays

    Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

    After an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. While we will do our best to assist with shipping issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Refunds or cancellations are not guaranteed for shipping delays alone. However, this does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

    For EU and UK consumers, your statutory rights remain unaffected.


    Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Addresses

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

    We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

    If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation request.

    Pre-Order Shipping

    Pre-order items will ship once inventory becomes available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after dispatch.

    Estimated Dates

    Any estimated shipping or arrival dates provided for pre-orders are estimates only and may change due to supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays.

    Payment

    Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of purchase.

    Changes & Cancellations

    If you need to modify or cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing or fulfillment has begun.

    Combined Orders

    Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items become available.

    To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. In some cases, partial shipments may be available upon request.
